Simpson Construction (SCI) began in the early 1970’s as a small residential construction firm and steadily grew to a large general contractor that was building schools, courthouses, airport terminals, industrial parks, and numerous other commercial projects.
SCI fully supports the development effort of Simpson Development Corp. and its related residential and commercial construction projects. SCI also performs a significant volume of general contractor work on commercial and residential projects throughout the Upper Valley.
Simpson Property Solutions is an important and growing aspect of our portfolio. Simpson Property Solutions is responsible for comprehensive fiscal and facilities management services and specializes in facility maintenance, retrofits and remodels.
In addition to professional management services for commercial facilities, we have a maintenance department that offers 24/7 service to our customers and also completes construction projects of all sizes.
